Upstairs Gallery - Titirangi Community Arts Council (TCAC)
The Titirangi Community Arts Council (TCAC) administers the Upstairs Gallery on the first floor of Lopdell House in Titirangi, Waitakere City.
The Gallery presents 12 exhibitions a year which focus on exhibiting and promoting the work of emerging artsists and community groups in the area.
The TCAC Upstairs Gallery also administers Creative Communities funding for local community art projects and holds creative workshops for all ages.
