The Dodos - Auckland

Solid Entertainment presents San Francisco band the Dodos, who bring their spontaneous, unhinged psych-folk rock to NZ for the very first time.

The Dodos will play live at the Kings Arms Tavern in Auckland with support from Kiwi band The Ruby Suns.

The Dodos were the pick of the 2008 SXSW Festival and they have been marked out as one of the must see bands of the year.

The Ruby Suns, led by Ryan McPhun are an Auckland based indie band signed to Lil’ Chief records. McPhun has also enjoyed stints in Tokey Tones, The Reduction Agents and The Brunettes with whom he toured the US with The Shins.
