Mt Dobson Ski Area will open in June for the 2008 ski season.

Mt Dobson is only a 40 min easy drive off the main road between Christchurch and Queenstown, so is easy to drop in on while on your way for the big ski trip. There is a skiable area of 400 hectares, and four lifts to get you to the good spots.

Mt Dobson boasts loads of natural snow, a natural half-pipe, special deals for all first timers, and a magnificent view out across Lakes Pukaki and Tekapo to the magnificent peaks of New Zealand’s highest mountains, Mt Cook & Mt Tasman. It will do your heart good!
