A Friend in Need - Old St Paul's and the US Marines in New Zealand

A Friend in Need - Old St Paul’s and the US Marines in New Zealand Exhibition has been funded by a Federal grant from the US Embassy and a capital grant from the New Zealand Government and the NZHPT.

Choosing a modern day bittersweet story for the theme is a departure from the church’s traditional museum style interpretation, as well as the use of digital media to convey the stories. Poignant personal stories, archival photos and movie footage have been interwoven to commemorate a story of individuals, families, and communities that is sacred to Old St Paul’s.
