The Northland Lunch

The Northland Lunch is an annual event where nine Northland wines are chosen and a team of 8 Northland chefs create a dish each to match the wine.

Each course will use as much Northland produce as possible and be introduced by the chef and winemaker, and served by Northland culinary and hospitality students.
